Do I need an ID to enter The Red Carpet?

Yes, except for 18+ OR “all ages” shows and private events, all patrons must be at least 21 years old to enter and with a valid ID*. You may be asked to show your ID again when purchasing/consuming alcohol throughout the many areas at the Red Carpet.

What forms of ID are valid?

Acceptable forms of ID are:

Customers with a restricted ID will not be permitted if suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and their ticket will not be refunded.

Is there a Cover Charge to get in?

We often feature shows that require a cover charge or advanced ticket to enter but there are always areas of the establishment that are free to enter.

Where can I purchase tickets to Shows & Events at The Red Carpet?

We have partnered with OpenDate for ticketing. There will be links and QR codes available to purchase tickets for your show(s) on our website and on our Social Media sites: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. We also sell tickets onsite during Martini Lounge / Box Office Hours. See your friendly bartender for details. Martini Lounge opens TUES – SAT @ 4 PM. 

What time does the Red Carpet close?

The Red Carpet can remain open until 2 am every night but reserves the right to close earlier based on the demand and other factors (weather, etc.).

We are closed on MONDAYS but are available for private events and shows all days of the week with prior notice & scheduling. We host special watch parties & events on select Sundays and will advertise these details on socials and Red Carpet website.

Do you sell food at the venue?

We feature unlimited access to our Happy Hour Appetizer Bar every Tuesday – Friday in the Martini Lounge from 4 PM -7 PM with just a $12 min beverage spend/per person.

In addition, we offer a vast menu of food options which can be preordered to accommodate groups and special events. See our Event Center page to view menu options and Red Carpet Nightclub catering services.

Is the Red Carpet ADA accessible? 

Yes, we are ADA accessible with ramps upon entering/exiting the front of the building along 5th Avenue. There are several ramps throughout the club, an elevator, handrails and ADA compliant restrooms. There are several ADA seating options available throughout the club as well. Please call/contact us with any additional questions, concerns or special needs and we will be happy to assist.

Do you have a coat check?

Not at this time. 

How many Bars are in the Red Carpet Nightclub & Martini Lounge?

Our facility features 8 distinct bar areas/rooms: The Martini Lounge, The Band Room (Main Stage) & Loft Bar, The Pub, The Red Room, The Pool Hall, The Keller Bar, Event Center.

Are there TVs to watch big games and sporting events?

Yes, there are several TVs throughout the building. BIG SCREEN in the Pub Bar for special sporting events; Vikings Sunday games, Twins Baseball, Soccer Games, Superbowl.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes, we have a partially covered deck on the back of our building (west facing) with a capacity of 50 patrons. Smoking is permitted. Heating lamps available for colder months. Happy Hour, live music and grilling options in warmer months.  ADA compliant access via elevator located on first floor (off front entry on 5th Ave).  Enter patio area via Martini Lounge or Game Room. 

What is your bag policy?

Clutches and handbags are subject to search. Backpacks are NOT ALLOWED.

What is your dress code?
We do not have a formal dress code, but we do reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their attire is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive to our environment. We strive to maintain a respectful and welcoming space for all and appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve this goal.

What is your weapons policy?

The Red Carpet bans all weapons on its premises.

Are there cameras in the club?

Yes, you will be on camera when entering and inside the club. All public areas are being monitored during open hours and can be reviewed for any purpose.

When is your box office open?

The Box Office is open night of shows or can be purchased online ahead of time. Ticket links are available on our website and can be purchased ahead of time on OpenDate.com.  Tickets are also available onsite at The Red Carpet Nightclub during open hours.  See you bartender for details. 

Do you have Gift Cards available for purchase?

Yes, you can purchase them onsite at the Red Carpet. Please see your bartender.

Is there seating in the Band Room (Main Stage) & Loft Bar?

Yes, there is ample seating in both the Band Room and upstairs Loft Bar. The Loft Bar is not ADA accessible. The Loft Bar offers multiple tables and chairs, with larger booths with bottle service available. Some performances on the Main Stage will offer fully seated shows. Keep an eye on our calendar for more details.

I can’t find my OpenDate ticket confirmation/tickets. Can you help me?

Please Contact Us on the specific area (Bar) you are referring to:  Ex:  Main Stage, Keller, Event Center, etc. via our website and let us know how we can assist in getting your ticket(s).  You can also call us at 320.251.4047. 

Where can I park?

There is a large parking ramp located behind the club. You can enter the Red Carpet using our Front Entry (and ramped entry areas) on 5th Ave OR the back entry doors near the parking ramp and alleyway. There is metered parking along 5th Avenue South and area streets and other parking lots.

The parking ramp is free after 5 PM on weekdays and free during all hours during weekends. 

What is the age requirement?

On most days and nights, you must be 21 and older to enter the Red Carpet. Please see our schedule of events for 18+ or All Ages shows. If attending a Private Event, you will be permitted to enter without ID, however you will be asked for valid ID if purchasing and/or consuming alcohol.

What type of payments does The Red Carpet accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. There are several ATMs on premise.
